We put this unit in our house the first thing we noticed is that the unit was small. even with reading the product details we were still surprised about how small it was. We turned it on and, as the directions recommended, we put it up on a shelf so it could filter the air just above our heads. We could smell the UV ions cleaning the air. After about two (2) days we started to notice the house smelling nicer. After four (4) days we noticed the same thing upstairs. Our house is about 2,200 ft so we bought the 2,000 ft model. We thought we would have to get a different model later for upstairs. This unit did the whole house. And the nice thing about it being so small was we could put it into any room in seconds. We were very impressed with this unit.
